Production Process
Quality control
Wood shutters are the most popular products among all collections.Manufacturing starts from logs.The logs will be staying at the drying kilns for certain hours until the moisture content is controlled between 8% and 10%.Each process has been arranged with special QC persons to check the quality.
Qualified logs will be cut and shaped into different profiles like louvers,stiles and frames.The profiles will be further treated with primers.Huge stock of primed components is a guarantee of delivery time.The primed profiles will be sanded with different numbers of sandpapers to achieve a smooth surface,ensuring no paint drops and other related defects occuring.
Painting is one of our specialty.The paint we are using is environmental-friendly,anti-yellow and anti-resistant.
Each set of shutters will be experienced two times of overall check.The first overall check is done before the top coat.The second overall check is done before packaging.Factory will put the frames,posts and panels together to check the overall sizes,finish and hardwares,ect.The shutters with defects will be rejected to the repair table to ensure all shutter that are packed and loaded are with good quality.
